Cedar Hill Orchard is an IPM (Integrated Pest Managed) Orchard:

Being an IPM orchard means taking the environment, food safety, and economic thresholds all into consideration. We monitor for pests and diseases and only consider treatment when: economic threshold is met, it is environmentally responsible and friendly. We accomplish this by targeting only the targeted pests and leaving beneficial insects to work for us. We utilize organic measures, provided they are the least disruptive to the environment and the safest for the consumer. If there is a less disruptive inorganic or friendlier inorganic method we may choose to implement that process.
